Return & Refund Policy

At JayDit, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused

• Original tags must still be attached

• Items must be in original condition

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items

• Worn or damaged items

• Items without original tags

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

JayDit reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please note:

• Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume periods

• JayDit is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are in transit
